Do you enjoy supporting learners to achieve their full potential? At Centra Training, we’re on a mission to improve access to vocational education, enhancing opportunities for those working in the care sector. We’re looking for a Sector Specialist Tutor to deliver vocational qualifications from level 2 - 5 in care organisations. This is a home-based role with flexibility, strong job satisfaction, and willingness to travel within the geographical area linked to your location. (1 to 1, group, face-to-face and remote teaching and assessing) What You’ll Do • Deliver engaging training, supporting learners on their journey., • Engage with employers and review progress, • Build strong, positive relationships with both learners and employers., • Manage a caseload of learners and ensure timely completion of qualifications., • Keep accurate learner records using our e-portfolio system., • Maintain compliance with quality and audit standards., • Spot opportunities for new training and business development., • Continue developing your own skills and contribute to quality improvements. What We’re Looking For Qualifications & Experience • GCSEs (A–C) in Maths, English & ICT (or equivalent)., • TAQA or other Assessing, Teaching Qualifications., • Proven background in the care sector, qualified to level 5 or above., • Excellent communication and presentation skills., • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail., • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to inspire learners., • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle., • Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
