Role Description As a Franchise Business Manager at Lift Brands (Snap Fitness), you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and commercial success across a defined portfolio of clubs. This role involves supporting franchised clubs by providing leadership, guidance, and training to enhance performance, compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Club & Franchisee Coaching: • Coach club teams and franchise partners on best practices in operations, sales, service delivery, and brand standards., • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as member sales, member attrition, lead generation, and club performance trends., • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational queries, troubleshooting issues promptly to ensure business continuity., • Identify and communicate areas of opportunity across the network, including underperformance and growth potential., • Deliver operational training and onboarding sessions to new club staff and franchisees., • Ensure all clubs operate in compliance with health & safety, brand guidelines, and company policy., • Lead structured business reviews with franchise owners to evaluate performance, share insights, and develop action plans., • Visit clubs regularly across your region to conduct reviews, provide hands-on coaching, and build strong relationships with club teams and owners. Skills & Experience Required: • Proven experience in club management, preferably overseeing multiple sites, ideally within the fitness industry., • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and influence business outcomes., • Confident presenter and facilitator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills., • Demonstrated success in coaching, training, and motivating diverse teams., • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and travel as needed., • Understanding of franchising principles., • You enjoy being on the ground, supporting franchisees, driving commercial activity and ensuring operational excellence. Travel Requirements: • Regular travel to clubs is required (approximately two days per week). A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential., • Attendance at the London HQ office is required every Tuesday, and additionally on Wednesdays during the first week of each month.
