Responsibilities: - Assist the General Manager in all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food production, food preparation, customer service, and team management. - Ensure that FOH operates efficiently and meets all service and brand standards. - Manage and supervise the day to day operations of the FOH team. - Train and develop employees to maintain high standards of quality and service. - Assist the General Manager in implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability. - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with the senior team to develop and implement policies and procedures. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a leadership role in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or culinary setting. - Strong knowledge of food production and kitchen operations. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
