Youre switched on to trends, fluent in LinkedIn, and love seeing ideas come to life through great social content, campaigns and creative marketing. \n\n Working within the Group Marketing Function , the Social Marketing Executive will play a key role in bringing the Ingenuity Groups marketing strategy to life - delivering standout social content, supporting across events and PR, and helping each area of the business drive awareness, engagement, and inbound opportunities. \n\n Youll collaborate across all departments: \n Ingenuity BD \n Future Factory \n Ingenuity PR \n Ingenuity+ \n Reg & Partners \n Ingenuity Group (including North) \n\n This is a hands-on, creative role for someone eager to grow - perfect for a digital-native marketer who loves to create, experiment, and make things happen. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n\n Social & Digital Marketing \n Support the implementation of the Groups social strategy across all departments - ensuring content is creative, timely, and aligned to business priorities. \n Create and publish social-first content (posts, short-form videos, graphics, event highlights, and reactive stories) that drive engagement and reflect Ingenuity Groups tone of voice. \n Be always on - spotting real-time opportunities, cultural moments, and industry trends that the Group can join or lead. \n Manage and update content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram and the Website. \n Monitor and report on key metrics (engagement, followers, clicks, conversions) to track performance and growth. \n\n Website & Content Hub \n Upload and optimise web content, including events, case studies, testimonials , and thought leadership . \n Work with our digital partner to maintain strong SEO performance - updating meta tags, keywords and on-page optimisation. \n Support with paid and organic search campaigns (Google Ads, SEO improvements, analytics reporting). \n Contribute towards email and content campaigns that engage and retain brands and agencies. \n\n Events & PR Support \n~ Capture and amplify Group events (e.g. MAD//Meets, communities, MAD//Fest, Connect events etc) across social channels with dynamic, shareable content. \n\n\n Marketing Materials & Sales Support \n Support the wider marketing team in producing high-quality marketing collateral , including event materials, creds decks, and case studies. \n Ensure all marketing outputs are consistent, creative, and aligned with the Group brand identity. \n \n What Were Looking For \n~1- 2 years experience in a marketing or social media role (agency or in-house). \n~ A strong understanding of LinkedIn and social-first content creation. \n~ Experience creating short-form video, copy, and visual content. \n~ Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads , and analytics tools. \n~ Excellent writing and communication skills - confident crafting engaging posts and stories. \n~ A proactive, curious, and organised approach - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to experiment. \n\n \n Success in this role looks like: \n Growth in engagement and followers across social channels. \n Consistent, creative, and timely content output. \n Positive feedback from teams on collaboration and delivery. \n Increased inbound interest and leads generated through all Group marketing activity. \n \n Why Join Us? \n At The Ingenuity Group, youll be part of a fast-growing business that sits at the centre of the marketing and agency ecosystem.
