Overview The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building partnerships, improving revenue streams, and supporting the company’s growth strategy. The role focuses on commercial expansion, customer acquisition, and relationship management across digital and offline channels. As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and social impact, we are launching a new cafe space beside our Tottenham studios and looking for a dynamic and driven Cafe Manager to lead it. The Role This is an exciting opportunity to shape a brand-new business in the heart of Tottenham, a rapidly evolving part of London. As Cafe Manager, you’ll have the freedom to bring your ideas to life, build a vibrant, welcoming space, and create meaningful connections with the local community. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and success of the cafe while supporting Sarabande’s broader mission.
