We are seeking an experienced Interim Health & Safety Professional to support the mobilisation and opening phase of our prestigious estate. This short-term (approx 3 month) role is critical in ensuring that all Health & Safety processes, policies and statutory compliance requirements are fully embedded ahead of opening, supporting the transition from construction completion through to operational readiness. Key Responsibilities • Help support the review and deliver key Health & Safety policies, procedures, manuals and safe systems of work, • Review, develop and manage health and safety policies, SOPs, processes and risk assessments, • Provide pragmatic, site-based Health & Safety guidelines to the Estate Team & Occupiers, • Support in building comprehensive training frameworks and packages for teams across the estate About You • Proven experience in interim or short-term Health & Safety roles within commercial, leisure, mixed-use or estate environments, • Strong working knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and best practice, • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) essential; NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and Chartered IOSH status advantageous, • Hands-on, delivery-focused and comfortable working at pace in a live project environment, • Confident communicator with the ability to influence both operational teams and senior stakeholders, • Strong Microsoft Office skills, • Available at short notice What’s on Offer • Short-term, high-impact interim role on a flagship UK estate development, • Opportunity to shape Health & Safety standards at a critical point prior to opening, • Competitive day rate and immediate start To apply: Please submit your CV and availability to Olympia is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
