This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a 30m revenue contract, supplying high volumes of temporary drivers (LGV 1 / HGV 1 / 7.5 Tonne) to a major blue-chip client across Scotland and Northern Ireland. The Opportunity As Cluster Manager, you will: • Lead and develop an on-site team., • Take full accountability for regional performance and profitability., • Build strong, strategic client partnerships., • Deliver exceptional service aligned to SLA and contractual commitments., • Drive recruitment, retention, and operational excellence across all locations. This role demands a confident decision-maker with experience in high-volume, on-site recruitment environments. Logistics recruitment experience is advantageous, but strong operational leadership from similar sectors will be considered. What You will Be Responsible For Strategic & Commercial Leadership • Develop and execute regional strategic plans., • Ensure peak workforce planning (8+ weeks ahead of uplift), • Analyse profitability and implement corrective action plans., • Maintain strict budget control and cost management., • Deliver 100% compliance audit standards. Client Relationship Management • Build true partnership-level relationships., • Lead monthly client review meetings., • Act as senior escalation point., • Maintain exceptional communication standards. Operational Excellence • Ensure full contractual fulfilment against SLA., • Drive recruitment and retention strategy based on market insight., • Lead peak planning and operational preparation., • Embed best practice across all sites., • Maintain payroll, invoicing, and credit control accuracy. Leadership & Development • Create and implement development plans for all staff., • Provide senior HR escalation support., • Champion new initiatives and continuous improvement, • Demonstrate visible, inspirational leadership at all times.
