As our Regional Director UK, you will: • Develop and execute a clear vision for growth by brand and channel, aligning plans with distributors and key stakeholders, • Deliver a 3–5 year growth strategy for key brands and categories, • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, driving high performance and mutual business growth, • Lead distributor negotiations, set sales targets, and optimise performance through strategic initiatives, • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities, • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product launches, promotions, and campaigns, • Act as the main point of contact between the company and UK distributors, ensuring effective communication and coordination What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of managing and growing distributor networks, • Demonstrable success in building business through third-party distributors, • Experience in premium and luxury spirits (ideal), • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills, • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities, • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment Why International Beverage? • Competitive salary and benefits (35 days holiday, 10% non-contributory pension, private medical insurance, income protection, life assurance, product allowance, staff discount, car allowance), • Flexible working and early finish Fridays, • Employee Assistance Program, free parking, cycle-to-work scheme, well-being initiatives, • Real Living Wage employer, • Opportunities to travel, attend exclusive events, and become a brand ambassador, • Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and respect
