    Job Title: Hairdresser / Hair Stylist Mizz Elegance Beauty Salon in Woking is looking for a talented, professional Hairdresser to join our friendly team. We are a premium one-stop beauty destination providing excellent client care. The ideal candidate must be experienced in cutting unisex hair styles. We offer both standard employment and flexible self-employed chair rental options. Key Responsibilities Client Consultation: Discuss desired looks. Assess hair condition. Provide personalised styling advice. Hair Care Services: Wash, dry, cut, and style unisex hair. Expertly handle colouring, highlights, and treatments. Salon Maintenance: Sanitize styling tools. Sweep floors. Keep your workstation clean and organised. Customer Service: Greet arriving clients warmly. Deliver an exceptional, relaxing salon experience. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on hair styling experience required. Licensure: Hairdressing NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or equivalent certification preferred. Technical Skills: Fully competent with unisex haircuts, styling tools, and hair colouring techniques. Communication: Good English speaking skills and fantastic customer service abilities. Availability: Must be able to work on Saturdays. Local candidates with a valid driving licence are preferred. Job Type: Part-time / Full-time options available. Pay: From £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience). Flexibility: Open to discussing chair rental options or a self-employed basis.     Job Summary We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and commercially minded person to join our growing team and help shape one of the most exciting areas of Elysian. This isn't your typical events role. One week you could be coordinating a family event, delivering Pony Play, developing our Junior Elysian Farmers programme or helping run a children's birthday party. The next, you might be supporting a corporate team-building day, planning a seasonal event or developing a brand-new community initiative. We're looking for someone who enjoys making things happen. Someone who is confident, proactive, full of ideas and understands that great events don't just create memorable experiences – they also generate income, grow participation and help secure the future of organisations like Elysian. You'll need to be flexible, happy working across our Surrey and Hampshire sites, and willing to work regular weekends, school holidays and occasional evenings as part of a varied working pattern.
