We’re recruiting a Payroll Implementation Manager (Ireland) to lead the setup of a brand-new Republic of Ireland payroll as part of an international expansion. This is a delivery-focused role, building an ROI payroll from scratch and ensuring robust processes, documentation and controls are in place ahead of go-live (January 2027). What you’ll be doing • Leading the end-to-end implementation of a new ROI payroll, • Working with an outsourced payroll provider (currently at tender stage), • Designing payroll processes, controls and process maps, • Managing testing, validation and go-live readiness, • Ensuring compliance with ROI payroll and tax legislation What we’re looking for • Strong Republic of Ireland payroll experience, • Payroll implementation experience in an outsourced environment, • Deep understanding of payroll operations and systems, • A project-led, delivery mindset Role details • Salary: Up to £65,000, • Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in Rushden, • Contract: 12-month FTC, • Hours: 37.5 per week (flexibility available), • Interviews: One-stage Teams interview
