Requirements • UK-qualified lawyer with 4+ years’ PQE in commercial disputes/litigation., • Strong analytical skills and experience managing complex, multi-party matters., • Ideally, some exposure to M&A or JV-related disputes., • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior, non-legal stakeholders., • Happy to work in the office 2 days per week in Lincolnshire (overnight accommodation can be expensed). Experience using SharePoint Lists and SharePoint permissions. * High level of computer literacy and confidence working with new technical systems. * Ability to manipulate, analyse and present data clearly, Power Bi an advantage. * Strong communication skills with ability to adapt to user needs. * Ability to challenge, think differently and identify improvement opportunities * Understanding of Health & Safety considerations in digital and operational environments. * Experience implementing change through technology. * Knowledge or experience of creating relational databases. * Strong Excel skills. * Understanding of JSON.
