Power & Electrical Project Manager 📍 Arena Sites | HQ & UK Travel Required 🕒 Full-Time | Flexible Hours | Immediate Start Available Join a Team That Powers World-Class Live Events As part of continued expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Power & Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The Role You will take the lead in delivering and managing electrical requirements for arena-scale productions and live events. From quoting venue power requirements through to post-event reconciliation, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities • Advance and manage electrical requirements for large-scale productions, • Quote venue power requirements accurately and within deadlines (labour, equipment, generators, etc.), • Manage project P&L from initial quote through to reconciliation, • Delegate tasks to onsite teams (full-time and freelance) while also undertaking lead electrician duties, • Collaborate closely with venue teams, production companies, and event stakeholders, • Provide regular reports and feedback to venue clients, • Maintain test and inspection records using company stock management software, • Support the Projects Team with power distribution plans and risk assessments, • Carry out temporary onsite installation and testing of power distribution systems, • Represent the business in a professional, customer-focused manner at all times About You You are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and confident working under pressure. You lead by example and understand what it takes to deliver safe and seamless power solutions in the live events sector. Essential • Experience in the live events industry, • BS7671 18th Edition / NVQ Level 3, • BS7909 qualification, • Strong leadership and communication skills, • Excellent planning and organisational abilities, • Ability to prioritise multiple projects daily, • Strong IT skills, • Full UK driving licence, • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays Desirable (Training Provided if Needed) • Counterbalance Forklift Licence, • First Aid certification, • Rigging knowledge, • Vectorworks / CAD experience, • Amtech – ProDesign software experience Familiarity With • The Guide to Safety at Sports Grounds, • The Purple Guide, • The Association of Event Venues eGuide, • The National Arenas Association Guide, • Other relevant industry guidance What We Offer • 33 days holiday per year, • Birthday day off after 3 years’ service, • Additional holiday after 5 years’ service, • Company pension scheme (monthly employer contribution), • Free on-site parking, • Employee of the Month award, • Company social events Following successful probation: • Award-winning healthcare package (private treatment, mental health support, GP access & more), • Dental, optical & audiological cover, • Employee Assistance Programme, • Sick pay scheme, • Long service rewards, • Cycle to work scheme, • Electric vehicle scheme Working Hours This is not a standard 9–5 role.
