This is a key leadership role where youll be trusted with real responsibility, influence, and the opportunity to shape a growing team. The Role As Sales Team Leader, you will: • Lead from the front in a fast-paced, phone-based leasing environment, • Inspire, coach and develop a team of ambitious sales executives, • Drive performance, accountability and results What Youll Be Doing • Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing sales team, • Coaching daily through call reviews, 1-to-1s and live support, • Driving individual and team targets across volume, quality and profitability, • Creating a positive, competitive and professional team environment, • Monitoring KPIs and using data to improve performance, • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new starters, • Ensuring customers receive a first-class leasing journey from start to finish, • Proven experience in asales leadership or team leader role, • Automotive, car leasing or motor finance experience preferred, • A strong track record of delivering results through people, • Confident communicator and natural motivator, • High standards, strong organisation and attention to detail, • Passion for coaching, development and building winning teams Whats in It for You • Competitive basic salary, • Uncapped and highly achievable bonus structure, • Clear career progression as the business continues to grow, • Ongoing leadership training and development, • Supportive senior management team, • Modern offices and energetic working environment, • The opportunity to be part of an award-winning, fast-scaling company Why This Role Is Different This isnt a corporate, slow-moving environment.
