What You’ll Be Doing • Providing 1:1 and small-group support for children with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language delays., • Supporting children’s emotional regulation and social development, using calm, consistent strategies., • Working alongside class teachers and the SENCo to adapt lessons and create accessible learning activities., • Encouraging independence and resilience through structured routines and positive reinforcement., • Helping pupils engage fully in classroom life, from morning phonics to creative play and outdoor learning., • Liaising with parents and carers to celebrate achievements and share progress., • A kind, patient, and reliable person who enjoys working with children., • Ideally a recent graduate in Psychology, or a related subject, looking to gain hands-on experience in schools., • A good communicator who can build trust with children and adults alike., • Calm under pressure, flexible in approach, and always ready to listen and learn., • You may already have experience supporting children with SEND, or you’re eager to develop those skills with guidance and training., • A welcoming and inclusive school where diversity is celebrated and every staff member’s input is valued., • An approachable leadership team who prioritise support, teamwork, and wellbeing., • Spacious classrooms, a sensory corner, and a large outdoor area for play-based learning and reflection., • Opportunities to get involved in creative projects, from wellbeing weeks to after-school clubs., • Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies., • Free instant access to our Educator CPD Academy with over 70 accredited online courses., • Dedicated consultant support from your first application to your first day (and beyond).
