As a Clinical Scientist within our eCOA team, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and validating electronic clinical outcome assessments that power global trials. What We Offer • Competitive compensation and incentives, • Private health, pension, and life insurance, • Flexible time off and hybrid work options, • Employee wellbeing and assistance programmes, • Modern technology for remote collaboration What You’ll Be Doing • Provide clinical subject matter expertise in developing eCOAs to meet client needs, • Collaborate with internal teams on electronic form layout, interface, and validation rules, • Act as eCOA Clinical Science SME on client calls from study start through platform go-live, • Support Business Analyst and Test teams with clinical validation expertise, • Review and evaluate data from eCOA platforms, usability testing, and surveys to improve functionality, • Liaise with sponsors and scale authors as required, • Present eCOA batteries for large international trials to sponsors for approval, • Work with operational groups to resolve clinical-related issues in services and software, • Develop work instructions, process guidelines, and SOPs to ensure compliance with GCP and SOP requirements, • Participate in team meetings and maintain communication with remote staff What We Look For • Graduate degree in psychology, social work, counselling, psychiatric nursing, or related field, • Minimum 4 years’ experience administering assessment tools, psychiatric symptom rating scales, and/or neurocognition scales; structured diagnostic interview experience preferred, • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clinical trial, research, or clinical setting, • Knowledge of scale development and clinical assessment best practices, • Fluency in English; additional languages preferred, • Basic understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe, • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%, including overnight stays, • Based in or able to work remotely from the UK At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
