Role Overview - Head of Operational Concepts, Training and Coaching Are you a dynamic and ambitious Senior Manager to embrace the role of Head of Operational Concepts, Training and Coaching who will lead our CTC team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the operationalisation of the SRT MDA system with our customers. The team specialises in guiding customers through these complex transitions. These initiatives are typically long-term, phased projects spanning several years, designed to ensure our customers fully realise the benefits of our systems. You as our Head of Operational Concepts, Training and Coaching will bebased from our Bristol office with flexibility for Hybrid working (3 days a week in office when in the UK). This role will require Global (up to 75%) travel in support of the business, and the delivery of our projects.
