Key Responsibilities: • Help create and maintain a product roadmap for your area, prioritise features and enhancements based on customer needs, competitive analysis, and business impact., • Act as a bridge between different departments, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations., • Conduct extensive research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape., • Create first-class, efficient solutions to difficult problems, helping to define the scope of the products we build., • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for your features, from initial concept and design to development, testing, and launch., • Prioritise the customer experience by gathering and analysing user feedback to continuously improve the product., • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the product's success post-launch., • Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including team members, senior leadership, and customers, to provide updates on product progress, gather feedback, and align expectations.
