As a Subway Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind a vibrant and welcoming sandwich shop, leading daily operations with energy and enthusiasm. Your role is to inspire your team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service from opening to closing., • Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective supervision and coaching., • Manage food preparation and cooking processes to uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations., • Supervise inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness to meet health standards., • Train staff on food production techniques, serving protocols, and safety procedures to foster a knowledgeable team., • Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to maximize profitability., • Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly, turning feedback into opportunities for improvement. Skills • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with strong team management skills., • Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices., • Experience in food production, kitchen operations, or culinary roles such as barista or hotel food service is highly desirable., • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate diverse teams under pressure., • Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and engage with customers.
