Qualifications & Requirements: Strong knowledge of Padel rules, strategies, and techniques. Proven managerial experience as a Padel tennis manager/ coach or playing Padel at a competitive level. Ability to coach and mentor a team, adhering to policy and procedures, creating rotas, Demonstrating creativity, planning Padel events, liaising with departments promoting teamwork. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with players of all backgrounds. Ability to effectivelydemonstrateand explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Passion for Padel and a desire to help players improve their game. Flexibility in working hours across all venues, may include travel. Patience,enthusiasmand a positive attitude. First Aid and CPR certification a plus.
