Chef de Partie Crispin x Studio Voltaire
A few months ago, Ham Restaurants: (Bistro Freddie, Bar Crispin and Crispin) opened a new Crispin restaurant at Studio Voltaire in Clapham.
Much like Crispin, Spitalfields, the menu focuses on small and predominantly independent producers and growers to deliver beautiful, produce focused dishes along with a seasonal wine menu that showcases artisan producers. Working alongside Head Chef, Michael Miles and Exec Chef, Lewis de Haas, this is a great opportunity for a CDP looking to grow. Studio Voltaire is a non-profit gallery and studios, focusing on contemporary arts, public program of exhibitions and live events. We come together to provide a beautiful 90’s inspired restaurant space that feels part of the gallery. We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team!
Chef de parties can expect:
· A starting rate of £14p/h (including service)
