Here at Ribble Court we provide high-quality specialist/complex nursing care and residential dementia care on separate floors with a person-centred focus based on the needs and wishes of the residents maintained at all times. As a Care Assistant at our home your role may involve: • undertaking any necessary training, • supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene eating and getting involved with daily activities, • providing emotional support and companionship, • supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life focussed on their individual hobbies preferences and abilities, • maintaining high standards within the care home environment, • Free uniform.
