Ensure that all new staff fit the criteria of the role and have the values that fit within Artisan; Ensure Artisan is always appropriately stocked placing all orders and monitoring wastages to ensure they are kept to a minimum; To train all new staff in the operations of Artisan so that they can deliver to their full potential within their job role; Act on behalf of Artisan and within Artisan’s best interests on all day to day issues and situations that may arise relating to the running of Artisan; To work with the owners in the development of Artisan; To ensure the shop floor is always managed effectively, prioritising firstly coffee; To ensure Artisan is equipped and ready for the busy trading times to ensure the smooth running of Artisan during this peak time; To be the channel of communication for all information relating to customer feedback and staff issues to the owners and make solutions and suggestions were applicable.
