As an Employee Relations Advisor you’ll have: • Experience within the private sector with a strong sense of commercial awareness and a commitment to fairness and inclusion in all ER matters., • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships, building trust and fostering open, supportive communication., • Solid generalist ER experience, ideally gained in fast-paced, diverse environments., • A strong ability to manage high volumes of cases, with excellent prioritisation skills and a calm, empathetic approach., • A comprehensive understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and related processes, including redundancies, TUPE, DBS, Security Vetting, grievance, disciplinary, and termination management.
