You will have an expert tutor on hand if required. Step 3 - Risk Assessments You will write a series of risk assessments that need to be up to a workplace standard. This is a requirement to gain your NEBOSH certification. Step 4 - NEBOSH Exams The exams can be sat in one of the official NEBOSH testing centres, or online. (Online only currently available for general certificate). Your Job Upon Completion Once you have completed all of the mandatory training and exams, we will place you into an entry level health & safety role as either a advisor, officer or coordinator, where you will be guaranteed a starting salary of £25K-£45K. Requirements Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist, preferably within healthcare, medical services, or a similar regulated sector. Strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practices, and compliance frameworks. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to build trust at all levels of the organisation and influence senior leadership. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Degree desirable.
