This role is ideal for an experienced technician or surveyor looking for flexible, flexible-frequency freelance work. You will take site measuring off our plate, turning around clean, accurate 3D Revit models of existing conditions so we can jump straight into the design phase. Key Responsibilities Conduct accurate measured surveys of residential and small commercial properties across the local area. Translate survey data into fully accurate 3D Revit models of existing structures. Deliver native Revit files within a 2–3 day turnaround window post-survey. Work alongside the lead designer initially to align on survey standards, transitioning to full independent site visits. Requirements Transport: Own reliable transport to travel to site visits.
