You will join an established team of maintenance and surveying professionals who provide industry-leading social housing solutions and public services across the region. You will be in charge of assessing the condition of multiple properties across the estate. This will cover both internal and external inspections across a variety of housing and public buildings. You will provide recommendations to the management team on the priority of work, condition of current stock and longevity of existing infrastructure.
