This is a hands-on driving role suited to someone who takes pride in careful handling, professional presentation, and reliable delivery standards. The position involves transporting high-value vehicles safely and efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on compliance and customer care. The Role: You will be responsible for the collection, movement, and delivery of vehicles across local and national routes. The role requires a calm, methodical approach, strong timekeeping, and the ability to work independently while following clear transport instructions. You will also be expected to complete vehicle checks and associated paperwork accurately. Key Responsibilities: • Load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles safely., • Carry out daily vehicle and trailer checks., • Complete delivery notes and transport paperwork accurately., • Follow planned routes and driving regulations at all times., • Communicate professionally with planners and customers., • Report defects, delays, or incidents without delay. Requirements: • Full UK HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence., • Valid CPC and digital tachograph card., • Previous car transporter or specialist vehicle transport experience., • Strong attention to detail and safe working practices., • Good communication and timekeeping skills., • A professional and reliable approach.
