The position also entails managing complex long-term cases, including issues like hoarding, non-engagers, DoLS challenges, and court cases related to welfare disputes. Responsibilities will include conducting six-week reviews, performing Mental Capacity Assessments, completing Continuing Healthcare assessments, and advancing Safeguarding cases exclusively assigned to Social Workers within the team.
