HealthNet Homecare is a specialist provider of home-based healthcare services, supporting over 240,000 patients across the UK. Working alongside the NHS and pharmaceutical companies, we deliver medications, nursing care, treatment administration and training, and patient support programmes in the comfort of patients' own homes. Our goal is to help patients access high-quality care outside of hospital, enabling them to manage their treatment safely, confidently, and independently. We are looking for Clinical Homecare Nurses to join our nursing team in providing professional services to our clients, patients, and healthcare providers. If you're a qualified and registered nurse looking for a career where you can be part of making a difference to the quality of life for patients by applying your passion, drive, and skillset in an ever-changing healthcare environment, then HealthNet Homecare is the place for you to join our busy, growing team! Our Nurse Team is made up of specifically trained homecare professionals with the capability to support both straightforward and complex end-to-end therapies in a patient-focused and quality-driven manner. Our vision is to be seen as the first choice for patient-centred homecare and to realise this vision, we work closely with the NHS and Pharmaceutical Companies to provide an array of services - from medication delivery and nursing services to patient support programmes. This allows patients to undertake treatment in the comfort of their own homes, with the correct support and to the same standards that would normally be received in a hospital or clinical environment. As a business, we realise that it is our people - aligned with a clear focus -that will ultimately deliver our vision. We focus on training programmes that allow our Clinical Nurse Team to go out into the community with confidence, backed by the knowledge of a strong business support network and the ability to promote our culture of patient-centred care. We strongly believe in continuous professional development and providing the investment that enables colleagues to progress in their careers. • Assist in providing excellent standards of patient care on behalf of the client and associated healthcare professionals, • Teaching patients, carers or family members to self-administer therapy, or the administration of therapies to patients in accordance with service-specific protocols in the comfort of their own homes, • Participating in telephone calls, virtual calls and home visits as part of Patient Support Programmes, • Assist in providing solutions that will support the patient and healthcare professional in delivering a seamless service between hospital and home, • Ensure a high standard of service is established and always delivered for all customers and patients Travel is an essential part of this role. As a Clinical Homecare Nurse, you’ll visit patients across a wide geographical area, and routes can vary daily depending on clinical requirements. There isn’t a set location radius, so on some days travel between patients may be longer than others. We aim to plan routes efficiently to reduce travel time where possible, and all travel between patient visits is included within your working hours. It’s important that applicants are comfortable with regular driving, as travel forms a significant part of the working day. Your time on the road is balanced with the reward of providing essential care to patients in their own homes, helping them remain comfortable, confident, and independent. You will be a registered nurse and passionate about delivering first-class patient care. • Registered Nurse on NMC register, • Subcutaneous injection experience, • Computer literate, • 5 years post-registration experience, • Previous homecare experience, • Cannulation experience, • Venepuncture experience, • Previous experience in the administration of IV therapies, • Competitive salary structure, • Annual car allowance of £5,000 & a fuel card for field-based Nurses, • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, • Pension Scheme, • Ongoing training and development, • Professional registration fees paid, • Employee Assistance Programme including 24/7 access to remote GP appointments, • Refer-a-friend scheme, • Uniform provided, • Kit bags for all Homecare Nurses, • Eyecare vouchers, • Perks and benefits via Perkbox, • Long service awards #J-18808-Ljbffr
