As a Service Technician your work will have a direct impact on improving the quality of life for individuals in need - supporting the NHS to deliver essential services. What Youll Be Doing Youll maintain and service medical equipment based on site at 2 local hospitals, ensuring high standards of care and customer satisfaction. Service, repair and clean Drive Medical and competitor products Plan daily tasks for maximum efficiency Carry out unplanned and PPM and repairs Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers Deliver exceptional customer service Handle equipment safely and follow health & safety protocols Maintain van stock and complete accurate paperwork Support additional duties as required by management Participate in the on-call rota What Were Looking For Training will be provided for the right candidate.
