We are currently looking for Baker Sous Chef to join the brigade at our state of the art, exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea. Requirements • Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a busy restaurant, hotel, or premium hospitality venue., • Strong leadership and team management skills., • Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage trends., • Experience with stock management, ordering, and cost control., • Outstanding customer service and communication skills., • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays., • Personal Licence (preferred where applicable)., • A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
