HR Coordinator\nPermanent | Full-time | Hybrid | Liverpool\nCompetitive Annual Salary + Benefits\n\nWe’re working with a fast-growing company operating within the energy and infrastructure space, supporting industrial clients to improve efficiency, reduce costs and lower environmental impact.\n\n They are now looking for a HR Coordinator to join their expanding team.\n\n This is a varied, hands-on role supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring the smooth running of people processes across the business. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and collaborate with teams across the business.\n\n Key responsibilities include:\n\nCoordinating onboarding and delivering inductions for new starters\nManaging employee lifecycle activities (contracts, changes, records)\nMaintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy\nSupporting recruitment coordination and tracking candidate progress\nHandling HR administration, documentation and employee queries\nAssisting with compliance checks, reporting and performance processes\nSupporting internal events and general office coordination \n\nAbout you:\n\n2–4 years’ experience in HR, people operations or administration\nHighly organised with strong attention to detail\nConfident managing multiple priorities and following up tasks\nStrong communication skills and comfortable working across teams\nProficient with Microsoft 365 and HR systems \n\nWhat’s on offer:\n\nCompetitive Annual Salary\n25 days holiday + bank holidays\nPrivate healthcare and life assurance\nPension contribution\nOngoing training and development \n\nThis is a great opportunity for someone looking to build broad HR experience in a growing and dynamic environment
