• Location: Bath, • Reporting to: Head of People, • Contract type: Full-time (35 hours per week), Fixed term (12 months), • Start date: ASAP, • Salary: £30,000 per annum Job Overview The People Administrator supports the day-to-day running of the People function and plays a key role in delivering a smooth, consistent employee experience. The role covers a broad range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including People administration, recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations support, and People data management. This is a hands-on role well-suited to someone who enjoys variety, works accurately with detail, and is keen to build strong generalist HR experience within a growing organisation.
