This is a great opportunity for a confident, hands-on HR Generalist who enjoys making things run smoothly and wants to see the direct impact of their work day to day. You will be joining a small, supportive HR team and working closely with the Senior HR Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day HR operations and ensuring processes are efficient, clear and well managed. 💥 As a HR Generalist, you will: • Support end-to-end recruitment, from drafting adverts through to onboarding, • Manage HR administration and maintain accurate employee records, • Support employee relations matters including absence and policy queries, • Assist with monthly payroll processes, including starters, leavers and changes, • Contribute to HR policies, processes and continuous improvement initiatives 💥 What we’re looking for: • Proven experience in a HR Generalist or similar role, • Good understanding of UK employment legislation, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities independently, • Confident communicator with a calm and professional approach, • Interest in working within a mission-led or not-for-profit environment 💥 What we offer: • Opportunity to work for a purpose-driven, international organisation, • Hybrid working with a supportive and collaborative team, • Clear exposure to all areas of HR operations, • A role with real autonomy and development opportunities This is an urgent hire, and suitable candidates may be shortlisted and interviewed as applications are received.
