Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal (Entry Level) Location: Norwich Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Job Type: Full-time, permanent Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Residential Property Paralegal to join our busy conveyancing team in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or legal assistant looking to build a long-term career in residential property. You will work closely with experienced fee earners, supporting a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while developing your practical legal skills in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities • Assisting fee earners with a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, • Opening and closing files, including conducting client due diligence and ID checks, • Drafting standard correspondence and legal documents, • Preparing contract packs and completion statements, • Ordering searches and reviewing search results, • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors, • Handling post-completion matters, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications, • Maintaining accurate case records on the firm’s case management system, • Law degree or equivalent legal qualification (preferred but not essential), • Previous legal or administrative experience (desirable), • Strong organisational and time management skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • High attention to detail and accuracy, • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, • Competitive salary, • Structured training and ongoing support, • Clear progression opportunities within the conveyancing team, • Friendly and collaborative working environment
