The Role: As an Immigration Solicitor at Jones Whyte, you will be working with a team of professionals who have a range of skills and expertise. The team comprises of three solicitors as well as benefitting from the support of an experienced Legal Secretary and Legal Assistants. The work is varied, with case types across the spectrum of immigration casework. We work closely with clients, experts & counsel as required and act for clients in courts across Scotland. The day-to-day role within this team involves managing a caseload of immigration and asylum matters. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will manage your own caseload and work alongside others in the team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a positive attitude and flexible approach towards the implementation of new processes. We understand the want for a good work life balance which is why we offer hybrid working for this role, upon completion of office based training.
