Requirements • Proven management or supervisory experience within retail or related sectors., • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively., • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are desirable., • Demonstrable organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks., • Experience in sales management, merchandising, and time management strategies., • Proficient in using retail management software or relevant administrative tools., • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently under pressure., • Professional demeanour with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills., • Previous experience in retail management or similar roles is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is valued highly.
