This is a hands-on, guest-focused role within a site that balances dining and drinks equally, making it ideal for a manager who can move confidently between the bar, the floor and the pass. We’re looking for a leader who can take full ownership of the operation, working closely with the owner while having the autonomy to shape standards, drive revenue and develop the team. This is a rare opportunity to run a respected neighbourhood pub with genuine independence and creative input.
