Childrens Home Registered Manager Childrens Residential Home (EBD) Location: Neasden, London (NW10) Salary : £55,000 £60,000 + Bonuses Home: Established 4-bed Childrens Home Ofsted Good Service: Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) About the Home The Childrens Home is a warm, established childrens residential setting that supports up to four young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. It is a well-maintained, thoughtfully adapted detached property situated in a quiet, friendly residential area with excellent transport links. The two-storey home includes four individualised bedrooms, two bath/shower rooms, a fully fitted kitchen, dining room, and a spacious, much-loved garden. Each young persons bedroom is decorated according to their preferences, promoting comfort, identity, and belonging. The home prides itself on providing a safe, caring, nurturing environment where young people feel seen, valued, and supported to grow. The Role Registered Manager We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Registered Manager to lead this stable 4-bed EBD service. The home has strong staff retention, long-term placements, and a culture built on warmth, teamwork, and genuine care. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the home in line with Ofsted standards Provide high-quality care and ensure exceptional safeguarding practices Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated staff team Promote a nurturing, family-feel environment for young people and staff team Drive continuous improvement and maintain the homes positive culture Work flexibly to remain visible to both staff and young people Who Were Looking For Minimum Requirements Experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager from an Ofsted regulated residential childrens home Strong background in EBD residential childcare Proven leadership abilities and a passion for improving young peoples lives The Ideal Candidate Someone with a positive attitude who fits well into a happy, supportive, family-feel team.
