Job Overview Responsibilities: Deliver effective, high-energy small group personal training sessions (8 clients per session). Build rapport with clients, fostering a community-like atmosphere. Motivate and inspire clients to stay consistent and achieve results. Track client progress and adapt training programs as needed. Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure a seamless client experience. What We’re Looking For: Certified Personal Trainer: Holding a recognised qualification to level 3 or above Experience: Previous experience in personal training, with an emphasis on small group or semi-private training preferred but not essential Passion for Group Training: A love for working with groups and helping clients of all fitness levels. Communication Skills: Ability to connect with clients, motivate them, and foster long-term relationships. Adaptability: Confident working with clients who have a range of fitness goals, from fat loss to strength building. Team Player: Willing to work with a team of trainers to ensure the best experience for clients.
