    Traffic Management Operative Job Type: [Full-time / Part-time / Temporary] Hours: Monday - Friday Weekend work available (day shifts and night shifts available)We are looking for experienced and reliable Traffic Management Operatives to join our team. The Role As a Traffic Management Operative, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and removing traffic management systems on highways and work sites, ensuring that all works are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and site requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Installing, maintaining and removing traffic management equipment, • Setting out signs, cones, barriers and temporary traffic control measures, • Working safely on highways and around live traffic, • Carrying out site checks and reporting any issues, • Following RAMS, health & safety procedures and site instructions, • Working effectively as part of a team, • Maintaining a professional and safety-conscious approach at all times Requirements • A valid Lantra-accredited Traffic Management ticket is essential, • Good understanding of highway safety and traffic management procedures, • Reliable, punctual and safety-focused, • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, • CSCS or other relevant site qualifications would be advantageous What We Offer • Competitive rates of pay, • Supportive working environment, • Opportunities for ongoing work and progression To apply: Please send your CV and details of your current traffic management qualifications/tickets.     Personal Assistant (PA) for a Child with Additional Needs We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant (PA) to support our wonderful 9-year-old son. Child is non-verbal but understands most spoken instructions and follows commands well. He attends a special needs school and is a happy, engaging child who benefits from patient, consistent support. Hours: Weekday evenings 1–2 hours per day Approximately 6–8 hours per week At least 2 days per week Wednesday and Friday (3 hours each ) Role includes: Spending quality time with the child through play and activities. Supporting his communication, independence, and social development. Accompanying him on local outings where appropriate. Ensuring his safety and wellbeing while providing engaging, enjoyable support. About you: Kind, patient, and dependable. About you: Kind, patient, and dependable. Experience supporting children with additional needs or autism is desirable but not essential. A genuine interest in helping children reach their potential. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred. Funding and payroll: We already have a Direct Payments payroll system in place for employing a Personal Assistant. This is an existing PA role, and we simply need to transfer the employment to a new Personal Assistant, as our current PA is unfortunately unable to continue after September.
