Key Responsibilities: • Develop and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and referral activity., • Meet clients face-to-face to understand their insurance needs and deliver tailored solutions at competitive terms., • Broke and underwrite risks in line with company and FCA best practice., • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and industry partners to support retention and growth., • Prepare and present comprehensive new business proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance., • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding.
