Company Description Revolve Labs is offering a 6-week Project Management Internship placement in our Cambridge office. This role is designed as a structured training opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop real-world project delivery skills within a fast-growing health-tech and immersive learning company. Revolve Labs creates Virtual Reality training, 360 video and immersive digital education for healthcare, med-tech and the NHS. We work with leading clinical and industry partners to deliver impactful training experiences that improve patient care and workforce confidence. This placement is focused on learning and development, with close support from an experienced team, and the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate on successful completion Location: Unit 3, Hope Street Yard, Cambridge, CB1 3NA Duration: 6-week internship placement, with potential to go full time on successful completion Hours: Full-time (38 hours per week) Eligibility: Local candidates only please. Applicants must be eligible for the CPCA Internship Scheme and comfortable working fully in-office in central Cambridge Role Description This role would suit a recent graduate, or someone early in their career, who is interested in project coordination, delivery, and healthcare innovation. You do not need prior formal project management experience. What matters most is strong organisation, clear communication, and a willingness to learn in a practical delivery environment. Ideally familiar with (or keen to learn): · Project planning and coordination tools · Microsoft Teams, Office and Co Pilot · Working with creative, technical or healthcare teams · Managing timelines, tasks and project documentation · Experience managing creative projects from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities With training and support, you will assist the team in delivering a range of immersive healthcare education projects. Responsibilities may include: · Supporting the creation of project plans, timelines and task tracking · Coordinating internal team activity across production, design and technical workstreams · Helping maintain clear documentation, action logs and project updates · Supporting communication between Revolve Labs and external partners · Assisting with delivery milestones, quality checks and organisation of project assets · Helping identify risks or bottlenecks and escalating where needed · Providing support for filming days, events, or client meetings where required What We Offer · Full onboarding, training and close mentorship from a fantastic diverse team · A friendly, supportive in-office environment · Interesting and meaningful work in healthcare innovation · exposure to real project delivery and client partnerships · A strong stepping stone into project management, operations, health-tech careers · Laptop and tools provided · Potential for a permanent role for the right candidate How to Apply Please mail following docs to 1.
