Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days/week in office, with travel to client viewings) Reports to: Sales Manager About Tally Workspace Our mission is to make it easy for companies to find the best workspace for their teams. The Role As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be an integral part of the sales team, driving new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships. This is a high-energy, client-facing role that combines outbound sales activity with relationship management and on-the-ground office tours. Day-to Day Responsibilities • Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and events., • Book outbound meetings with CEOs, CFOs, Heads of People, and Operations Directors., • Build and nurture relationships, developing prospects into fully qualified leads., • Maintain excellent CRM hygiene with accurate notes and pipeline management., • Collaborate with the team to devise strategies for customer acquisition, lead generation, and relationship building., • Support reporting on weekly and monthly performance, including KPIs and pipeline updates.
