Digital Sales/Customer Experience Manager - Bristol Salary: £45,000 basic salary with £55,000 uncapped annual on-target earnings. Our client, one of the UK's leading used vehicle supermarket groups, is looking to recruit a Digital Sales/Customer Experience Manager to operate from their head office in Bristol. Reporting to our client's senior management team, this role will take ownership of digital enquiries, customer engagement and conversion performance. A business-critical position for our client, you will be responsible for how thousands of customers interact with them before they set foot on-site and begin the next stage of their customer journey. You will lead, develop, and motivate a multi-channel team handling inbound and outbound enquiries across phone, web, live chat and email – shaping a seamless journey from first contact through to vehicle purchase and beyond. With strong volumes, established infrastructure and senior leadership support, this role offers real scope to influence performance, process and future direction. To be eligible, you will have experience leading a contact centre, digital sales, customer operations or inside sales function. Automotive experience is welcome but not essential. Our clients are equally interested in candidates from retail, telecoms, financial services, e-commerce, or service-led environments! Overall you will have a track record of improving conversion, productivity and customer outcomes, have strong commercial awareness managing KPIs, targets and performance data, be confident coaching and developing teams in a fast-moving, target-driven environment, have experience using CRM, lead management or customer platforms to drive performance, and have a practical, hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance people, process and results.
