Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll receive training and development while gaining valuable exposure to insurance operations, data analysis, reporting and reconciliation within a collaborative and supportive environment. • Review, validate and process insurance data, ensuring accuracy and completeness., • Identify, investigate and resolve data discrepancies, escalating issues where appropriate., • Support the reconciliation of premium, claims and financial information., • Maintain accurate records, trackers and supporting documentation., • Produce regular management information (MI) and operational reports., • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve missing or inaccurate data., • Assist with onboarding new reporting templates and data requirements., • Monitor reporting deadlines and help ensure data is received within agreed timescales., • Contribute to improving data quality, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency., • Develop your knowledge of delegated authority and bordereaux (BDX) processes through ongoing training. Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm What You Will Bring You will be someone who enjoys working with data, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Whether you've gained experience within insurance, administration, finance or another data-focused environment, you'll be eager to learn, develop with previous experience within an administration, operations, data or insurance support role. • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail., • Experience working with Microsoft Excel and confidence handling large volumes of data., • The ability to identify errors, investigate discrepancies and maintain accurate records., • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with colleagues and external stakeholders., • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new systems, processes and technical knowledge., • The ability to work independently while following established procedures and controls., • Desirable -Previous experience within the insurance or financial services sector. PLEASE NOTE: Candidates living more than 60 miles from Bristol City Centre will not be considered unless they are relocating to Bristol before employment commences .
