This vendor is trusted by Fortune 100 enterprises and government entities to deliver scalable, automated, and cybersecurity solutions. Senior Pre-sales System Engineer / Sales Engineer The role This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, diverse team as a Senior Sales Engineer. In this role, you will: • Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and align them with solution capabilities., • Travel locally within the designated territory (UK) to attend events, engage with partners, and meet clients., • Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of the platform through continuous training., • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that communicate the value and use cases of the solution., • Design and implement Proof-of-Concept (POC) environments tailored to client requirements., • Support clients during POC testing by troubleshooting and optimising configurations., • Stay motivated and hands-on with networking technologies and client-facing activities., • Engage with high-profile/enterprise customers in dynamic and rewarding projects. Experience • 5+ years in a Sales Engineer/Pre-Sales/System Engineering role in cybersecurity., • Strong hands-on skills in lab environments, confident presentation and communication abilities., • Strong network security background is essential (CCNA, CCNP or CCIE level), and IOT, threat detection, XDR, SIEM, EDR, security experience is a plus., • Comfortable with regular travel and adapting to customer needs., • Highly motivated, customer-focused, and committed to quality., • Experience in translating business needs into effective technical solutions., • Experience engaging with enterprise-level clients., • Must reside in the UK. Salary: £160k OTE + £8k car allowance (70/30 split)
