    Legal secretary required to assist in a Conveyancing department with all tasks relating to a Conveyancing transaction to include the following; 1. Preparing and processing legal documents related to property sales and purchases, such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents. 2. Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders throughout the conveyancing process. 3. Conducting Land Registry searches and submitting applications. 4. Managing property files and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date in readiness for pre exchanges and completions. 5. Dealing with pre-contract enquiries. Preparing completion statements. 6. Understanding and navigating the Land Registry portal and procedures. 7. Preparing and submitting applications for land registration. 8. Dealing with Land Registry requisitions. 9. Preparing mortgage-related documents. 10. Liaising with mortgage lenders. 11. Dealing with mortgage redemptions. 12. Providing clear and concise updates to clients on the progress of their property transactions. 13. Answering client queries and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.
