And if you should need a break from island life, with regular direct flights to London, New York and other parts of the US, it is particularly well connected. \n Origin Legal International \n Our team has over 25 years’ experience of helping lawyers to make international and offshore moves. If you would like to find out more about this role or chat about an overseas move in general, please get in touch.

Opportunity to establish yourself as a leading light in the fast-growing Bermudian funds market. \n These are exciting times in the Bermudian market. Always considered a blue-chip offshore financial centre with an outstanding (re)insurance sector, in recent years it has diversified into new markets, none more so than investment funds and digital assets. The sector is growing rapidly, both in the number of funds and assets under management, and this long established and successful boutique is seeking a funds specialist to join its strong corporate team and take a lead on developing its offering. \n The work will span financing, formation, regulation, and operation of private funds (PE, infrastructure, real estate) as well as the expanding market for insurance-linked securities. For an ambitious funds lawyer, this is an opportunity to take on genuine responsibility and establish yourself as a recognised specialist in one of the island’s fastest-growing sectors. \n Requirements \n Overseas qualified lawyers must be admitted in the UK or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada or South Africa).
