Honest, professional, hardworking, reliable, willing to go the extra mile, probity, doesn’t gossip, caring empathetic ,supportive, doesn’t cross professional boundaries. Law abiding. Flexible, to be able to work: bank holidays, evenings, provide staff cover, form part of a on call rota. To go away on short breaks and holidays with residents. Be prepared to be snowed in.
